Frankie Lalunio is a researcher, designer, writer, and musician based in Quezon City and Cavite. They primarily head the new media and sensory research program in 98B COLLABoratory, figuring out curatorial formats and public programs for experiencing sound, video works, smell, food, and website / software art.

Other activities include performing and organizing art fairs and gigs mostly in Quezon City and the south, performing noise/ambient sets and playing bass for alternative bands.
